£20 for daytime appointments and £30 for evening appointments for 50 minute hour

One of the central foundations of this service is protection and confidentiality, and to that end I have a firm commitment to maintain your protection and confidentiality! In common with all other ethical counsellors, I receive regular supervision from a suitably qualified person.


I am preparing for accreditation, as a counsellor, with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)and abide by the Codes of Ethics of the European Association of Transactional Analysis and the ITA and the Professional Practice Requirements of the Institute of Transactional Analysis.

The service will not usually be suitable for individuals who have severe mental health problems, who are actively suicidal or have a current drug or alcohol misuse problem.
